FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS

The perfect way to lose weight, get in shape or take your abilities to the next level. Making use of tabatta timers and many bodyweight, functional and weighted exercises to develop your cardio, endurance and general fitness health.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5am and 6pm

CARDIO CLASS

Exactly as it sounds my friends. Get your heart racing to a cardio packed workout and sound track.  Monday and Thursday at 930am.

We are going to move our bodies!

KID'S CAMP

This is an amazing way to get your kid started or experienced in ninja. Hosted by a contestant from the American Ninja Warrior show, we put a cool kid course together, break each part down so the kids can learn how to navigate through it. Then at the end if the night we all race against each other on it. Friday from 7-815pm.

INTRO TO NINJA

This is for those who have always thought they could or wanted to be a ninja. Starting with the very basics, we teach ages 15+ how to move like a ninja. This is a very fun beginners class! Thursdays from 745-9pm.

ADULT TEAM

These are our competition teams. Put together to push our select athletes to the next level, we close the gym down for these groups and strive to make sure wether it's OCR or ninja, everybody knows our name.

HOMESCHOOL OPEN GYM

Come to an Open Gym set up for kids and families ages 6+ that are looking to get some exercise and fitness mixed in with their homeschool work. Check our Facebook page for weekly hours. It's on our pinned post.
