    FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS

    The perfect way to lose weight, get in shape or take your abilities to the next level. Making use of tabatta timers and many bodyweight, functional and weighted exercises to develop your cardio, endurance and general fitness health.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5am and 6pm

    Rates- $15 a drop in or 10 for $100

    Memberships are $75 standard, $175 family or $50 first responder or veteran. .

    OCR CLASS -OBSTACLE COURSE RACING

    Perfect class for anyone that is training for any type of mud runs like Spartan, Warrior Dash, rugged maniac or any similar events. Fun combination of obstacles, running and bodyweight exercises that will have you ready to take on your next race!

    Rates- $15 a drop in or 10 for $100

    KIDS COURSE RUN DEVELOPMENT CLASS

    This class will consist of a beginner and intermediate course for the kids to work on with the help of George and Jonathan. Perfect for newer ninjas to run some easier courses as well as for experienced ninjas looking to improve efficiency. Ages 6-15

    $10 for members and $15 for non members

    GRIP TRAINING

    A workout specifically designed to improve your grip and forearm strength. Fridays at 6pm.

    ADULT TEAM

    These are our competition teams. Put together to push our select athletes to the next level, we close the gym down for these groups and strive to make sure wether it's OCR or ninja, everybody knows our name.

    CORE

    Just as it sounds. This simple and quick 30 minute will give your core and abs a brutal workout. FRIDAYS AT 6:40PM

    Beginner Calisthenics

    This class is geared for beginners working on calisthenics, such as pull ups, push ups, muscle ups and other body weight exercises. The instructor will make sure you have good form and will help you with a program to pursue your goals. Whether you are working on your first pull up or just trying to get stronger, this class is for you.
